Felicia & Mark Costa opened their own Brokerage in 2022, HUMBOLDT PREMIER PROPERTIES. They provide a unique team experience to their clients who benefit tremendously from this model. Clients get the benefit of two agents who are familiar with their circumstances, transaction, and both working toward the ultimate client goal.

Felicia Costa began her real estate career in 1996 in Healdsburg, CA. She was promoted to Office Manager, and Broker’s Assistant. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2003 and was a top producer her first year in sales. She went on to become the General Manager when her Broker affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty. She came back home to Humboldt and has been growing a successful real estate business here since 2012. Her background in admin and marketing, management and sales, and over 25 years of real estate experience, gives her clients a unique and comprehensive advantage in the marketplace. Felicia completed the rigorous Broker Education and Licensing process and attained her Real Estate Broker License in November, 2021.
Mark Costa, Felicia’s husband, joined Felicia in real estate in 2019, and as a team
they offer even more to their clients. Mark and Felicia are both 4th generation Humboldt County residents.
Over 15 years, Mark has worked hard to gain the respect of his peers in the Heavy Equipment Transportation/Trucking industry with his professionalism and “work until the job is done” attitude. He brought his strong work ethic and local knowledge with him into the real estate business. He has a strong ability to listen and understand the needs of others. He does what it takes to provide people with a successful and rewarding experience achieving their real estate goals.
